MEDIPREDICT IS LOOKING FOR A
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
LOCATION
Budapest (hybrid, on-site with the possibility of working from home for certain tasks)
Medipredict is a data-driven precision health company that specializes in providing a comprehensive evaluation of an individual's health status by integrating data from various sources. We are seeking an experienced full-time Key Account Manager (Health Coordinator) to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing organizational tasks related to medical examinations
- Coordinating medical examinations
- Handling customer inquiries and questions
- Handling communication tasks related to the examinations with healthcare professionals
- Performing supplementary examinations, providing assistance (such as placing examination devices)
- Recording, managing, and verifying clinical data of patients, coordinating human sample logistics
- Assisting our doctors, researchers in their work
- Administrative support for contracts, service agreements, and invoicing processes
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Secondary education; experience in clinical customer service environment is advantageous but not required; higher education is also advantageous
- Fluent and conversational level of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Precise administrative abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- User-level computer skills and knowledge
- Ability to work in a team, as well as taking individual responsibilities
REMUNERATION
